Join us for an enlightening colloquium about "Plastics in the Earth System" on November 14th from 12:30 to 2:00 pm, featuring Alice Zhu from the University of Toronto. 

Alice is a PhD Candidate in Chelsea Rochman lab at the University of Toronto and is presently visiting UC San Diego/Scripps this year to work with Professor Matthew Mazloff on modelling global reservoirs of plastic pollution in the marine environment. Her doctoral research is geared towards better understanding the sources and fate of plastic pollution in the environment.    

The talk will be held in person in ESB 5104.
